Competition

We help companies that are involved in cartel investigations by ACM or the European Commission. We assist with (multi-jurisdictional) leniency statements at both the ACM and the European Commission and act in settlement negotiations.

Consumer law

The importance of consumer law to resolve alleged competition problems has increased significantly. We advise companies on, among other things, unfair commercial practices and distance selling.

Compliance

An effective compliance programme for your company is essential. It protects your company and your employees against risks. As a corporate compliance lawyer, we review or design your existing compliance programme, roll it out for you, and provide training for your employees.
